In addition to The Battery, White Pointe Gardens is one of the first spots I take friends when visiting Charleston for the first time. Strolling through the live oaks draped in Spanish moss, sun-bleached oyster shell pathways, and collection of military memorials, this 5.7 acre park really does embody the charm, history and beauty of the city.
