Ingredients
- 4 Tilapia fillets
- 1 large mango, peeled and diced into 1/2 inch pieces
- 1 avocado, peeled and diced into 1/2 inch pieces
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 scallion, chopped
- 1 jalapeno, seeds removed, minced
- 1/2 lime, juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- pinch ground cumin
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients besides the Tilapia. Season with salt and pepper and set aside. In a large pan, heat a few tablespoons olive oil over medium-high heat. Pat the Tilapia fillets dry, and season with salt and pepper. Add fish to the pan and cook until opaque in the center, 3 minutes a side. Serve each fillet on plate with salsa on top.
