Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups spinach, fresh or frozen & thawed
- 1 1/2 cups artichoke hearts, fresh or frozen & thawed
- 8 oz. cream cheese, light
- 1/2 cup sour cream, light
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and spray a ceramic baking dish with pam. If using frozen spinach and artichoke hearts, thaw in 1 cup of water until tender and drain. In a large bowl, microwave the cream cheese for 1 minute. Stir in rest of ingredients and 1/4 cup parmesan cheese. Sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup parmesan cheese on top and bake for 20 minutes or until cheese begins to brown. Serve dip hot or warm with pita chips or bread for dunking.
