Ingredients
- 1 15 ounce can of chickpeas, drained, rinsed, and dried on a clean towel
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. On a baking sheet, toss the chickpeas with olive oil and spices until completely coated. Roast in the oven for 1 hour, tossing at the half hour mark, or until browned and slightly crispy. Let them cool and serve in a snacking bowl. To store, place in an airtight container. Just a warning, they won't stay fresh for long!
