Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds brussels sprouts, halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/2 lemon, juice
- Pinch of red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. In a small skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the remaining ingredients and cook for 3 minutes. Toss with the brussels sprouts on a baking sheet and roast until tender, 25 minutes.
