Reese's Rice Krispy Treats

Ingredients
- 8 cups mini marshmallows, about 2 bags worth
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 7 cups Rice Krispy Cereal
- 24 Reese's Peanut Butter Cups
- 1 1/2 cups Reese's Peanut Butter Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- Spray a 9X13 baking pan with pam. In a large pot, melt 5 tablespoons butter over low heat. Add the marshmallows and stir until melted, 7 minutes. Stir in the peanut butter. Add the Rice Krispys to the pot, tossing to coat. Pour 1/2 the mixture into the baking pan, pressing into an even layer. Unwrap the 24 Reese's Cups and place over top of the Rice Krispys. Spoon the remaining 1/2 of the Rice Krispys over top and press down until even. Let cool completely. In a microwave safe bowl, heat the remaining 3 tablespoons butter and chocolate chips in 30 second intervals until melted. Spread over the top of the cooled Rice Krispys. Place in fridge and allow to harden, 1 hour. Run a sharp knife under warm water and cut the Rice Krispys into 24 squares.
