Ingredients
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 24 Pumpkin Spice Hershey Kisses
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and spray a mini muffin tin with Pam. In a large bowl, beat together the butter, sugar and brown sugar until fluffy, 4 minutes. Add in the peanut butter and beat until blended. Add in the egg and vanilla and beat until combined. In a medium bowl, combine the four, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add 1/2 of the dry mixture to the wet, beating to combine. Roll out into 1 inch balls and place into each muffin cup. Bake for 12-15 minutes it until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. While the cookies are baking, unwrap 24 Hershey Kisses and set on a plate. Immediately press one into the center of each cookie cup once out of the oven. Allow to cool before removing from muffin tins, 10 minutes.
