Pistachio Baklava Tartlets

Ingredients
- 15 mini phyllo shells
- 5 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup pistachios, chopped
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/4 teaspoon all spice
Instructions
- In a small pan, heat the butter over medium heat. Place the 15 mini phyllo shells on a baking sheet and brush with 1 tablespoon of the melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown. While they are baking, add the pistachios, sugar, honey, lemon zest, all spice, and a pinch of salt to the pan. Cook, stirring until thick, 5 minutes. Divide the mixture among the shells and let cool, 15 minutes.
