Pear & Walnut Gorgonzola Pizza

Ingredients
- 1 ball pizza dough, homemade or store-bought
- 2 pears, sliced thin
- 2/3 cup gorgonzola cheese
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2-3 tablespoons honey, for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees and spray a pizza pan or large baking sheet with pam. On a lightly floured surface, roll out dough and transfer to pan. Top with sliced pears, arranging in a circular pattern all facing the same way. Next top with gorgonzola cheese and walnuts, leaving a one inch border. Brush edges with olive oil and bake for 15 minutes, or until crust is golden brown. Remove from oven and drizzle with honey. Cut into slices and serve!
