Ingredients
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup dark brown sugar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 cup dried peaches, chopped
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and spray two baking sheets with pam. In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda and salt. In a large bowl, beat together the butter and sugars until fluffy, 5 minutes. Add in the egg and continue mixing. Add the flour, 1/2 at a time, mixing to combine. Add the oats and combine. Fold in the peaches, walnuts and white chocolate chips. With wet hands, shape dough into balls and place about 2 inches apart on the baking sheets. Press each down slightly with your palm and bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden. Let cool completely before removing from baking sheets.
