Panfried Kale w. Lemon & Garlic

Ingredients
- 1 large bunch kale
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 5 garlic cloves, minced
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Rinse the kale in cold water and tear into large chunks. In a large pan over medium-high heat, heat the olive oil. Add the garlic and stir to avoid burning. Add the kale, a pinch of salt and pepper, and cook until slightly wilted, 3 minutes. Transfer to a plate and serve! If you prefer your kale less crispy and more soft like spinach, cook for an additional 5 minutes or so.
