Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken tenders, or boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into strips
- 2 apples, cored and cut into wedges
- 8 shallots, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh sage
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

Instructions
- Season chicken with salt and pepper. Heat large pan over high heat with olive oil and add chicken when hot. Cook until skin is browned, 7 minutes per side. Transfer chicken to plate. Add apples, shallots, and sage to pan and cook until golden, 10 minutes. Meanwhile make the glaze: mix chicken broth, maple syrup, vinegar, 1/2 teaspoon salt in small bowl.
