Ingredients
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 10 fun sized kit Kat Bars, chopped into 1/2 inch pieces
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and spray two baking sheets with pam. In a large bowl, beat the butter, sugar and brown sugar until fluffy, 4 minutes. Add the egg and vanilla extract and beat until combined. In a medium bowl, combine the flour, baking soda and salt. Add the dry mixture to the wet, 1/2 at a time. Add in the Kit Kats and white chocolate chips and beat until combined. Place dough in the fridge to chill, 2 hours. Roll into 2 tablespoon sized balls and place 2 inches apart on a baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool completely before removing from baking sheet, 30 minutes.
