Ingredients
- 10 oz jump lump crab meat
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 2 green onions, sliced thin, white & green parts
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon old bay seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika
- pinch of red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Drain the crab meat or pour out water. Toss in a large bowl along with all the other ingredients listed above. Transfer to a large baking dish (preferably the same one you wish to serve the dip in) and bake for 25 minutes. Top with extra sliced green onions and a sprinkle of paprika. Serve with crackers for an unbeatable appetizer!
