Ingredients
- 1 garlic clove, halved
- 1 cup white wine
- 2 tablespoons corn starch
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 pound swiss cheese, shredded
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Instructions
- Rub the inside of a medium size pan with garlic clove. Add wine and lemon juice to pan and bring to simmer over medium heat. Place cheese and cornstarch inside a ziplock bag and shake to coat. Gradually add the cheese to the pan, stirring in an X pattern until melted. Add cayenne and nutmeg and transfer to fondue pot set to low. Serve with cubed french bread and other dippers.

- Cherry tomatoes
- Brussels sprouts, cooked
- Baby potatoes, cooked slightly
- Mini meatballs
- Grilled polenta squares
- Prosciutto or other cured meat
- French Fries (amazing!)
