Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 10 oz bag mini marshmallows
- 6 cups Rice Krispie Cereal, almost an entire box
- 1 package Oreo Cookies
- 12 ounces white chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions
- Lightly butter a 9X13 pan and set aside. Place 14 Oreo Cookies in a zip-lock bag and using the back of a sturdy cup, pound until the cookies form crumbs. In a large pot over medium-low heat, melt the butter. Add in the marshmallows and stir until melted and smooth. Remove the pot from the heat and add in the cereal and half of the crushed Oreos, stirring to coat. Spread the mixture evenly into the pan, pressing into the corners and smoothing out the tops. Add the chocolate chips and vegetable oil to a microwave safe bowl and microwave on high in 30 second intervals, stirring in between, until melted. Spread the chocolate evenly over the top of the bars. While still warm, sprinkle the remaining Oreo crumbs over the top, pressing gently with a spatula to make stick. Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars, 1 hour.
