Coconut Macaroon Nutella Nests

Ingredients
- 2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 egg white
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 3 1/2 cups sweetened coconut
- 1 cup Nutella
- 1 bag M&M eggs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees and line 2 baking sheets with foil, spraying with pam. In a large bowl, combine the condensed milk, egg white, vanilla extract and salt, stirring to combine. Add in the coconut and mix well. Using a spoon, scoop 2 tablespoons of the coconut mixture onto the baking sheets (cookies won't really expand when cooking). Use your hands to shape into circles and press down in the center. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until lightly golden brown. Remove from the oven and cool completely before removing from sheets. Once cool, spoon a tablespoon of Nutella into the center of each cookie. Top each with 3 candy eggs and enjoy!
Notes
- Macaroons can be made up to 3 days ahead of time nd stored in tupperware at room temperature.
