Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 3 teaspoons chipotle chile powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- 1 lime, zest
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 egg white
- 2 cups unsalted cashews
- 2 cups unsalted pecans
- 2 cups mini pretzels
Instructions
- Mix 1/2 teaspoon salt, sugar, chile powder, cumin, coriander, lime zest and garlic in a small bowl. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and brush a baking sheet with oil. Whisk the egg white in a large bowl until frothy. Add the cashews, pecans and mini pretzels, tossing to coat. Add the spice mixture, tossing to coat. Spread the nut mixture on the baking sheet and bake, stirring halfway through, 20 minutes. Let cool and serve in bowls for snacking.
