Baked Garlic Cilantro Fries

Ingredients
- 5-6 yukon gold potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- pepper
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Cut the potatoes in half lengthwise, and then into thin strips. Place in a bowl of cold water to soak for a few minutes. Drain the water and dry the fries with paper towel. Once dry, toss the fries with the olive oil, minced garlic, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Lay on a baking sheet (usually enough for two) in a single layer and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown, flipping half way through. Once done toss in a bowl with the cilantro and enjoy!
