Ingredients
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup finely chopped shallots
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- 10 baby lamb chops
- 2 garlic cloves
Instructions
- In a small pan, boil the wine and shallots until reduced, 10 minutes. Add the cream and simmer until thick, 12-15 minutes. Add in the mustard and rosemary and simmer for an additional 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Season both sides of the lamb chops with salt and pepper. Transfer to an oiled grill and cook until desired doneness, around 5 minutes a side (like mine medium-rare). Spoon the warm Rosemary Cream Mustard Sauce over the chops and serve.
