Artichoke, Pesto, Mozzarella French Bread Pizza

Ingredients
- 1 large french baguette
- 1 cup store bought or homemade pesto
- 1 14 ounce can artichokes, drained and chopped
- 1 1/2 cups parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup panko bread crumbs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut the baguette in half, and then half lengthwise. Equally distribute the pesto sauce, spreading on the soft part of the bread. Top each with chopped artichoke hearts and cheese. Sprinkle on the breadcrumbs and bake for 8 minutes or until bread is slightly browned and cheese is melted. Finish with broiling for 2 minutes if you wish for cheese to be slightly golden.
