Apple-Maple Turkey Burgers

Burgers
- 1 1/4 pounds ground turkey
- 3 slices bacon
- 1/4 cup apple sauce, get chunky if you can
- 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 4 buns
Sauce
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
Instructions
- For the burgers: Cook the bacon in a small skillet until crisp. Chop fine and add to a large bowl with the rest of the ingredients. Shape into 4 patties. Place burgers on a hot grill or saucepan and cook until no longer pink in the center, 6 minutes per side. While the burgers are cooking, make the sauce by combining the mayo, dijon, and maple syrup together in a small bowl. Serve the burgers on toasted buns with a dollop of sauce.
