Andes Mint Rice Krispy Treats

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 10 oz bag mini marshmallows
- 6 cups Cocoa Krispie Cereal, almost an entire box
- 1 box Andes Mints, 28 pieces
- 12 ounces milk chocolate chips
Instructions
- Lightly butter a 9X13 pan and set aside. In a large pot over medium-low heat, melt the butter. Add in the marshmallows and stir until melted and smooth. Add in 10 unwrapped Andes mints, and stir until melted. Remove the pot from the heat and add in the cereal, stirring to coat. Spread the mixture evenly into the pan, pressing into the corners and smoothing out the tops. Add the chocolate chips to a microwave safe bowl and microwave on high in 30 second intervals, stirring in between, until melted. Spread the chocolate evenly over the top of the bars. Press unwrapped Andes mints on top of the bars (I arranged them evenly in rows, with one mint per bar). Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars, 1 hour.
